LiteBreeze was commissioned to develop an entirely web based application to manage investors, investments and brokers. The aim of the application was also to market the client's company through features facilitating word-of-mouth/buzz marketing.

The objective was to develop a neat and easy-to-use application as many of the target users have little experience working with websites. The client also wanted to design the site in a way that makes it easy to find items and to entice the user to continue browsing for items.

The main objective was to let clients order customized shirts easily and through a well-designed interface and to let the business owner process these orders.

Due to high hourly costs and shortage of local IT staff the client turned to LiteBreeze for a long-term partner to train and supply staff to work on the client’s framework and common product range. The client wanted to have LiteBreeze staff working full-time to meet demand from end customers.

The product LiteBreeze was commissioned to develop is a centrally hosted CRM. It is built upon a so called SaaS model (Software as a Service), where the end customers subscribe to the centrally hosted software.

The objective of this business is to provide 24/7 programming, system architecture, web design and other IT-related services for prospective clients urgently in need of solutions ranging from troubleshooting to full-fledged projects.

The system handles all communication with developers and clients. An extensive back-end was designed to enable the administrator to manage projects.

The client is the largest sales organization in Sweden and is a specialist business process outsourcing company, with a singular focus on telemarketing and sales.
